Description

• Serve as the first HR point of contact for basic HR inquiries • Receive and respond to incoming electronic requests and calls related to HR systems • Research and respond to basic HR questions utilizing HR policies, procedures and programs • Maintain records of transactions for all customer contacts into a call tracking system • Support and educate employees in the use of HR applications • Guide employees navigating through self-service functionality and troubleshoot non-technical inquiries related to HR system • Identify issues which require further research and escalate to senior members or third party administrators • Perform basic data analysis • Support HR Services projects, system upgrades or new workflow processes

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Bachelor's degree preferred • 0-2 years of human resources or customer service experience • Experience in the use of human capital management systems or call tracking systems a plus
