Description

• Oversee operations teams located in Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, and Washington • Implement operational strategy for sales and earnings growth • Collaborate with clinical and sales teams • Develop market plans, including growth strategies and budget • Analyze market conditions and competitors • Engage in travel (20%) for branch oversight

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in clinical (nursing, therapy), healthcare administration, business or related field required • Master's degree preferred • Experience with and understanding of the rules and policies of the Home Health industry • Experience with EMR and/or HIM systems • Outstanding leadership, managerial skills • 15 – 25 branch touchpoints per year (prioritize in-person visits when possible) • Approximate percentage of travel: 20% • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with many different roles (e.g., physicians, C- Suite, medical groups, etc.) • Outstanding leadership and managerial skills; strong executive presence • Good organizational and communication skills; a high level of engagement and emotional intelligence • Ability to coach / mentor Market Executives and RCMs
