β’ We are seeking a highly motivated and self-organized Customer Success Manager. β’ Drive the adoption of our Supply Chain Visibility Platform. β’ Engage with post-sales customers and promote the transition from legacy visibility platforms. β’ Deliver a superior customer experience. β’ Responsible for the entire customer onboarding cycle. β’ Analyze existing platforms and demonstrate the benefits of our new solutions. β’ Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and technical teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
β’ 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or SaaS industry. β’ Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling software products or platforms, ideally in a B2B setting. β’ Strong understanding of Supply Chain visibility platforms and familiarity with post-sales logistics solutions. β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in conducting product demos and training sessions. β’ Ability to engage with customers, collect actionable feedback, and work closely with Product Managers for continuous product improvement. β’ Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer accounts, plan onboarding processes, and ensure smooth transitions. β’ A self-starter who is highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. β’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct platform analysis and communicate the benefits of new technologies to customers.
