β€’ We are seeking a highly motivated and self-organized Customer Success Manager. β€’ Drive the adoption of our Supply Chain Visibility Platform. β€’ Engage with post-sales customers and promote the transition from legacy visibility platforms. β€’ Deliver a superior customer experience. β€’ Responsible for the entire customer onboarding cycle. β€’ Analyze existing platforms and demonstrate the benefits of our new solutions. β€’ Collaborate closely with Product Management, Customer Success, and technical teams to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or SaaS industry. β€’ Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling software products or platforms, ideally in a B2B setting. β€’ Strong understanding of Supply Chain visibility platforms and familiarity with post-sales logistics solutions. β€’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in conducting product demos and training sessions. β€’ Ability to engage with customers, collect actionable feedback, and work closely with Product Managers for continuous product improvement. β€’ Demonstrated ability to independently manage customer accounts, plan onboarding processes, and ensure smooth transitions. β€’ A self-starter who is highly organized and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. β€’ Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct platform analysis and communicate the benefits of new technologies to customers.
