• Cerbo is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to enhancing our digital presence and improving customer engagement • We are looking for a high-functioning Chief of Staff to join our team and drive value creation and operational improvements • The Chief of Staff will play a critical role in supporting the executive team, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization • This individual will work closely with various departments to enhance efficiency, foster collaboration, and achieve our business goals
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Consulting, Operations, or a related field; MBA preferred • 3-5+ years prior work experience in finance, consulting, engineering or operations • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and completing projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with the executive leadership team and build rapport with external stakeholders • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
