• Coordinate sales operations and marketing plans • Analyze and maintain knowledge of clients' business, latest news, and trends to cultivate and maintain positive business relationships • Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion • Consistently collect and analyze market data to aid efforts in business development • Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries, negotiate sales terms & agreements and maintain accurate records of sales activities. • Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective follow through on sales process • Other duties as assigned such as regular weekly reporting and meeting summary reports • Role requires 25-35% of business travel.

Requirements

• Must have work authorization in U.S.A. • At least Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or business or marketing related major preferred • More than 3-5 years’ experience in on-field sales in agriculture industry (Crop Protection must require) • Interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills to work efficiently & effectively • Relationship management and networking skills are a must • Ability to handle multiple tasks and hand in regular reports in timely manner • Strong Teamwork & Collaboration skills • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
