β’ The Enterprise Sales Account Executive will be responsible for significant contributions to the Macabacus enterprise software sales strategy. β’ Primary responsibilities include developing new business and expanding existing enterprise customers. β’ The role contributes significantly to our high-performing sales team built on accountability, transparency, and collaboration. β’ Success in this role is measured by Meeting quota and other OKRs. β’ Prospect to build a robust pipeline and develop relationships with key organizations in your assigned accounts. β’ Close new and expansion business at or above your assigned quota. β’ Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts to sales leadership. β’ Meet and exceed all assigned goals relating to the new bookings quota and growth targets. β’ Develop a territory plan that will enable you to identify sales opportunities, close, and grow them. β’ Collaborate with and share best practices with your other team members. β’ Establishing executive-level, long-term relationships with customers for future cross-selling and upselling opportunities. β’ Building an expert level of familiarity with product capabilities, customer requirements, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
β’ 5+ years of sales experience with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales objectives and KPIs. β’ Mastery of core sales skills (pipeline development, active listening, value matching, negotiation, objection handling) β’ Possess executive maturity, presence, and experience in building trust with senior education decision-makers and articulating how education institutions can digitally transform teaching and learning/student outcomes with CFI education solutions β’ Lead the process of structuring deals and define the negotiation strategies for the customer account β’ Accurate forecasting skills β’ Finance background and/or Excel expertise highly beneficial
