Description

• A Senior Vice President, Account Manager plays a critical role managing accounts that are key to the future success of the company. • In this role you will ensure that clients derive the maximum value from CFRA's service by developing and implementing customized engagement strategies. • The Account Management team works with the Sales, Research, Product, Marketing and Sales Operations Teams to develop an in-depth understanding of each client’s requirements and tailors’ solutions using CFRA content, products, and expertise to meet the client’s needs.

Requirements

• At least 5 years’ worth of experience as a Strategic Account Manager, Key Account Manager or within a Strategic Sales role in the financial services industry, preferably wealth management • Hands-on experience with CRM and Account Management systems (preferably Salesforce) • Collaborative work ethic • Understanding of sales performance metrics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong client relationship aptitude • Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude • Demonstrated commitment to customer service • Previous experience in a Research environment is highly preferred • Availability to travel as needed
