Description

• A Strategic Account Manager plays a critical role managing accounts key to the company's success. • Ensure clients derive maximum value from CFRA's service by developing customized engagement strategies. • Work with multiple internal teams to tailor solutions using CFRA content, products, and expertise.

Requirements

• Manage key wealth management accounts • Achieve assigned strategic account objectives. • Establish strong, long-term client relationships. • Engage with major clients regularly and respond to specific queries. • Suggest solutions and innovative ideas to meet client needs. • Handle concerns and problems efficiently and effectively. • Act as the liaison between key customers and internal teams. • Monitor the health of accounts and provide timely and accurate forecasting.
