Description

• Project Coordinator role supporting Engineering and Construction Teams • Handle the permit process for commercial install jobs across the country • Communicating with clients on current and pending status of jobs • Maintains project data in company’s database • Tracks open permits and report progress to Project Managers • Supports Project Managers for assigned projects • Creates and updates project schedules through various phases • Administers the RFP process for long lead procurement and EPC services • Leads construct ability reviews and project construction meetings

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of related experience • High standard of integrity and reliability • Demonstrated management skills and the ability to multi-task • Able to work under very tight time requirements and deadlines • Project management knowledge preferred • Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with others • Able to work some weekends during deadline • Able to read, write, understand, and speak English proficiently • Typical Computer Apps such as MS Project, Master Builder, CRM and other Construction related software • Soft Skills such as : Reporting Skills, Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, Supply Management, Inventory Control, Verbal Communication
