πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Riipen is looking for driven Employer Sales Managers to lead the acquisition and engagement of businesses and organizations looking to connect with students through project-based learning. β€’ This role is responsible for managing inbound and outbound employer leads, driving project acquisition, and ensuring long-term engagement. β€’ You’ll play a critical role in hitting acquisition targets, generating revenue, and building lasting employer relationships. β€’ This role is fully remote and open to candidates in Canada. β€’ This position is a full time (40 hours) 12-month contract opportunity to start, based on program funding.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management. β€’ A track record of hitting acquisition and revenue targets in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong consultative selling, relationship-building skills, guiding employers from first interaction to successful project execution. β€’ You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade decision-makers. β€’ CRM proficiency (HubSpot experience is a plus). β€’ Ability to manage high-volume pipelines while maintaining high-quality interactions. β€’ Passion for work-integrated learning and helping businesses connect with student talent. β€’ Bonus Points: Experience using Hubspot, Intercom, G-Suite, and Slack β€’ Experience in ed-tech
