β€’ As a Client Director, you will be the trusted advisor for public sector stakeholders, shaping tailored solutions and showcasing the value of Chainalysis in an approachable, impactful way. β€’ Your success will be defined by meeting or exceeding your sales quota, delivering accurate forecasts, and driving significant account growth in Germany. β€’ If you excel at navigating complex sales cycles, crafting strategic account plans, and closing deals with precision, this role is your ideal fit. β€’ We are looking for a Client Director to lead our Law Enforcement initiatives in Germany. β€’ Driven by our mission to create a safer world, this team focuses on investigating and preventing activities involving cryptocurrency, such as human trafficking, terrorist financing, and money laundering. β€’ With deep expertise in government sales processes, we pride ourselves on knowing the "why" and the "how" in this space.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Demonstrated history in a previous B2B SaaS sales role β€’ Proven experience managing and closing complex software sales within the German Public Sector, specifically within Law Enforcement/Intelligence. β€’ Established relationships within the System Integrator ecosystem. β€’ Expertise in negotiating pricing, terms, and conditions for complex, multi-year sales agreements β€’ Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication skills and can convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way β€’ Track record in both new business development, delivering accurate sales forecast and strategic & tactical account development β€’ A passion to deliver on the Chainalysis mission to build trust in Blockchains β€’ The willingness to travel within the region for identifying and building sales growth β€’ Fluent in both German and English β€’ Nice to have experience: β€’ Experience with Financial Intelligence, Investigations, Cyber Security, and/or Blockchain technologies
