β’ We're looking for highly motivated Sales (Partner) Engineers who have strong technical knowledge, understand how to quickly get to a technical win, and enjoy building relationships with key decision makers to evangelize building secure and reliable software. β’ Fully enable our Partner Sales and Technical teams to help potential customers evaluate and prove the value of our solution β’ Focus on acquiring new customer βlogosβ in addition to growing existing customer base β’ Own all technical aspects of partner led opportunities and assisting current customers understand the value of Chainguard β’ Day to day responsibilities include: β’ Listen to our partners and their potential to understand challenges β’ Conduct product demonstrations and POVs/POCs β’ Actively participate in webinars, meetups, conferences and other marketing initiatives β’ Work with Sales teams to build partnership in key regions β’ Create technical evangelists in partner community β’ Build relationships with Solution Architects in CSPβs β’ Provide product feedback to Chainguard from Partner community
β’ 5+ years experience working as a Sales Engineer / Presales Engineer in the Partner ecosystem β’ Ability to bring contacts and network to grow the Chainguard partner ecosystem working alongside the EMEA Partner Manager β’ Experience with MEDDPICC and or Command of the Message sales frameworks β’ Experience selling into Enterprise and Mid Market prospects β’ Experience in the following areas: β’ Container technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless, Docker) β’ Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) β’ Cloud security or containers security β’ Your passion for technology, success, and for your team β’ Smart and passionate people that can persevere to success. β’ People acting as trusted advisors, able to build credibility with customers. β’ Strong team players committed to help and mentor their peers.
