β€’ This role is for a Senior Product Marketing Manager who will lead the launch and growth of a new product. β€’ Chainguard is innovative at its core - the products we build are new and different - and articulating our value in a compelling and credible way is essential to our growth. β€’ This role requires a deep understanding of product marketing fundamentals, a proven ability to execute go-to-market strategies effectively, and a knack for crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our target audiences. β€’ Lead the launch of a new product in the market, ensuring successful cross-functional rollout across GTM teams and revenue growth. β€’ Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, presentations, and core content that articulate Chainguard Images' unique value. β€’ Develop and iterate on pricing for a new product to align with market demand and business objectives and communicate and enable the field with pricing changes. β€’ Create enablement content, present training and serve as a subject matter expert for sales and sales engineering teams, ensuring the field has the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. β€’ Conceive and build campaign experiments to drive new product growth in collaboration with demand generation and corporate marketing teams to determine what will work and scale effective programs. β€’ Lead compete efforts by enabling the field with training and tools to maintain high win rates against the competition. β€’ Meet with customers regularly and conduct business value assessment (BVA) conversations in collaboration with field teams to increase win rate and total contract value. β€’ Collaborate with product management and engineering to influence and lead communication around product roadmap.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in product marketing within a B2B technology setting, ideally with familiarity in open source software, enterprise security, and technical products. β€’ Demonstrated ability to manage product launches and go-to-market strategies effectively. β€’ Understanding of pricing strategies and experience with pricing and packaging adjustments. β€’ Strong capability in collaborating across various teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales. β€’ Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment, balancing both strategic planning and hands-on execution. β€’ Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and compelling manner.
