Description

• Play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and engaging with prospective clients • Engage with inbound and outbound leads, effectively communicate the value of our software solutions • Collaborate with Software Solutions Manager to develop and execute lead generation campaigns • Qualify inbound leads to assess their needs, budget and decision-making process • Conduct qualification meetings with prospective customers, learning their pain points • Complete warm hand-offs of qualified opportunities to Software Solutions Manager • Manage and maintain a sales pipeline utilizing CRM tool • Maintain clear records of sales activities and prospect interaction in CRM • Accurately report performance metrics to manager • Develop understanding of the software product, including features and benefits • Develop skills necessary to conduct product demos that showcase software’s value • Comply with health and safety guidelines • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential • Participate on projects as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 0-1 year sales experience • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral • Curiosity and a desire to build relationships across teams and departments • Tech-Savvy with an interest in software solutions and a quick ability to learn new products • Demonstrated ability as a self starter • Sales training and cold/warm calling experience • Strong organizational skills • Demonstrates initiative and self- motivation with an entrepreneurial spirit • Able to travel up to 10% - domestically; valid driver's license • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree • Preferred: One year Sales experience preferred • Preferred: Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Preferred: Knowledge of Salesforce.com
