• Lead Strategy and Execution for Affiliate Marketing Program • Develop and implement comprehensive affiliate marketing strategies to drive growth and revenue • Manage relationships with affiliate partners and networks to maximize program performance • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels • Drive web conversion campaigns to increase user acquisition and engagement • Ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall business goals • Field opportunities for big brand partnerships • Utilize 1st and 3rd party data to make informed decisions and optimize marketing campaigns • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continually improve campaign effectiveness • Collaborate with teams to enhance user experience and drive growth

Requirements

• Proven 3 years experience in affiliate marketing and managing large-scale affiliate programs • 3-4 years digital performance marketing channels, including social, search, display/programmatic, and app install campaigns • Proficiency in using data analytics tools and platforms to drive campaign optimization • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams • Strong analytical mindset and experience with A/B testing and performance analysis • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to travel 2-3 times a year to our Lehi, Utah Clubhouse for in person collaboration and annual Chatfest celebration
