📋 Description

• Complete paid training to become a subject matter expert in COYL’s services • Identify prospects, set appointments, complete and make effective sales outreaches to sign 2-7 clients a month • Attend networking events to bring in leads • Assist cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet potential client needs • Follow up on consultations and proposals by presenting, promoting, and selling products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers • Keep abreast of trends, techniques, products, competitive activity and evaluate territory/market’s potential • Achieve quarterly sales revenue targets • Organize daily follow-ups with existing and unsold clients by maintaining COYL’s CRM • Coordinate sales effort with directors of various departments • Attend bi-weekly meetings with sales team • Prepare sales budgets, projections and reports and approve expenditures • Assist Marketing Department in implementing a marketing and advertising campaign

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) • Proficient is social media programs (Facebook, LinkedIn) • Proficient in scheduling and time management programs (Calendly, etc.) • Experience selling marketing services
