• Respond promptly to inbound leads and initiate outbound calls to introduce potential clients to PavePro products. • Ensure the success of clients by providing guidance on product selection and offering consistent follow-up support. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. • Effectively close orders generated from inbound leads through direct sales efforts. • Log all sales activities, future tasks, and customer insights in Salesforce. • Establish one-on-one relationships with customers, positioning oneself as a trusted advisor. • Deliver fast and responsive customer support, addressing inquiries, concerns, and issues without delay. • Get to know the market and PavePro products to confidently answer questions and solve problems. • Strategically build and nurture a book of business focusing on generating annual recurring revenue.
• A college degree is a plus, but what's more important is your drive and ability to succeed. • Minimum of 5 years of proven industrial sales experience, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets and driving revenue growth. • Strong mechanical skills and a knack for technical details to help explain the benefits of PavePro’s Asphalt Production Solutions clearly to clients. • Proficient with Salesforce or equivalent CRM software, with hands-on experience managing customer data, pipelines, and sales activities. • Ability to proactively generate new business opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with clients. • Self-starter with exceptional organizational and time management skills. • Strong cold-calling, networking, and appointment-setting skills. • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to ask questions, identify with the prospect or customer as a consultant and business partner to solve problems. • Demonstrates superior proficiency in closing deals and negotiating agreements. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Strong commitment to delivering superior customer service. • Possesses tenacity, a relentless sales drive, and a strong desire to win. • Demonstrates the ability to be a great listener on sales calls.
