β€’ Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, and authority. β€’ Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations to prospects based on the prospects' needs and priorities. β€’ Articulate the value and key differentiators against competing products and services in the AEC space. β€’ Meet and exceed quarterly and annual quotas. β€’ Upsell products and services. β€’ Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline data. β€’ Supplement existing pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches. β€’ Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices.

Requirements

β€’ Three plus years of previous experience in a B2B SaaS enterprise sales position and AEC experience of some kind. β€’ Track record of over achievement against quota. β€’ Familiarity with modern sales engagement and automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, and Salesforce.com β€’ Excellent teamwork along with communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. β€’ Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask. β€’ Excellent phone and cold calling skills. β€’ Strong listening and sales skills. β€’ Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
