β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β’ Strong understanding of the Locums and healthcare industry β’ Proven track record in sales and account management β’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required, and a master's degree may be preferred for more senior positions. β’ Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is also a plus.
