β€’ Building and maintaining relationships with key clients in the healthcare industry. β€’ Developing strategies to grow revenue and market share. β€’ Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth. β€’ Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product development to ensure that client needs are met. β€’ Understanding and staying up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements. β€’ Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. β€’ Meeting or exceeding sales targets and other performance metrics. β€’ Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients. β€’ Creating and delivering presentations to clients on products and services. β€’ Providing feedback to the company on client needs, industry trends, and competitor activity. β€’ Maintaining accurate records and reports on client interactions and sales activities. β€’ Representing the company at industry events and conferences. β€’ Managing client accounts: You will be responsible for managing client accounts and building strong relationships with them. β€’ Developing new business: You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to acquire new clients. β€’ Providing support and training: You will provide customer education on how to use Locumsmart to solve business challenges. β€’ Tracking metrics: You will track and analyze key metrics, such as client satisfaction, retention, and revenue. β€’ Collaborating with teams: You will collaborate with other teams within the company, such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure that all client needs are met and that the company is delivering a cohesive and effective service. β€’ Staying up-to-date: You will stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements

β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong understanding of the Locums and healthcare industry β€’ Proven track record in sales and account management β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is typically required, and a master's degree may be preferred for more senior positions. β€’ Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance is also a plus.
