Description

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Native Children and Youth Funding team • Collaborate in designing and managing all aspects of the NCYF team's work • Identify and develop close partnerships with Native-led organizations and Tribal leaders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or professional degree in social sciences, education, public health, law or related field • At least five (5) years experience leading community projects related to administration of programs for Native children and youth, Tribal governance, and/or Indian law or at least eight (8) years equivalent lived experience • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Cultural sensitivity and awareness, particularly related to working with Tribes and in Native American communities
