Description
• Lead a team of hotel professionals, including Area Directors and Managers, to drive hotel performance and owner satisfaction. • Create a vision that inspires and motivates a geographically dispersed team, helping them to become trusted advisor to our franchisees. • Lead and drive performance results for the midscale, upper-midscale and economy portfolio in the Mid-Central United States Region. • Foster continuous improvement and strategic action planning to maximize hotel results.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience required; preference for candidates who have furthered their personal/professional learning journeys. • Extensive midscale and upper midscale above property hotel leadership experience. • Must possess a deep understanding of the franchising business model and a passion for supporting hotel owners through the franchise lifecycle. • Strategic thinker with a track record of leading distributed, field-based support teams. • Possesses superior team-building skills, a collaborative management style, and excellent communication abilities. • Agile learner and resourceful role model with impeccable business acumen, thriving in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word. • Must possess a valid driver's license with the ability to travel up to 70% of the time. • Strong preference for candidates located in the Central Time Zone.
