Description

• Design, configure, test, maintain, and recommend best practices for Workday technology • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage the technology roadmap and backlog • Provide subject matter expertise to support informed decision-making and strategic initiatives • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization • Lead testing efforts • Investigate and resolve system issues • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through precise data entry and ongoing maintenance • Support the development and maintenance of training and communication materials • Partner with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of Workday processes • Create and maintain reports to meet organizational and stakeholder needs

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with HR technology solutions to support business objectives and activities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong project management skills • Ability to thrive in dynamic and high-pressure environments • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Commitment to quality and superior service delivery • High regard for confidentiality and privacy standards • Proven consultative skills to guide decision-making effectively • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify root causes of problems and recommend effective solutions • Continuous improvement mindset • Experience working in a decentralized, multi-site, global organization
