Requirements

β€’ 1+ year of professional BDR experience β€’ Experience with these tools: Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, LeadIQ, and ZoomInfo β€’ Outbound prospecting experience including cold calling β€’ Over-the-top motivation to meet and exceed measurable performance goals β€’ Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities, while maintaining a high sense of urgency β€’ Ability to research and develop personalized communication for specific prospects β€’ Working knowledge of MEDDPIC β€’ A passion for building relationships and driving business β€’ A growth mentality with the instinct to be creative β€’ Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written skills β€’ Organizational skills and a results-oriented, self-starter attitude β€’ BA/BS Degree
