Description
• Lead a team of Customer Success Architects • Mentor, coach, and develop team members • Drive renewal and expansion business opportunities • Develop strategies for addressing renewal risks • Collaborate to strengthen client relationships • Ensure high-quality, customer-facing materials are produced • Regularly assess team performance and objectives • Identify and implement process improvements for service delivery • Collaborate with team leaders across functions
Requirements
• 8+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent • 5+ years of experience leading Customer Success teams or similar • Experience driving software adoption and scaling practices • Demonstrated success in high-growth environments • Passion for coaching high-performing teams • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar • Familiarity with MEDDPICC qualification and Command of the Message/Value Framework sales methodologies • Experience managing a geographically distributed team • Clear communication skills and strong analytical skills • Excellent presentation skills to convey complex concepts
