β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. β’ Advanced degree preferred. β’ Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development or sales. β’ Strong understanding of human grade probiotics and their applications. β’ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Strong financial acumen. β’ Experience managing distributor relationships and driving sales through distribution channels. β’ Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. β’ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. β’ Willingness to travel as needed.
