• Work closely with new and existing customers to deeply understand their Trust & Safety challenges and goals • Work with various teams and individuals to build pipeline, manage partnerships, drive engagement, prioritize product improvements, and craft a consumer-grade experience for customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to enterprise accounts • Wide-ranging curiosity • Experience successfully selling and winning complex, multi-month+ sales cycles • Comfortable operating at a small company • Experience successfully navigating and leveraging partnership agreements • Experience with sales in a fluid category creation motion with multiple buyer personas • Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to take initiative • Relentless optimism balanced with realism • Familiarity with internet tools used for harm • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
