β€’ Work closely with new and existing customers to deeply understand their Trust & Safety challenges and goals β€’ Work with various teams and individuals to build pipeline, manage partnerships, drive engagement, prioritize product improvements, and craft a consumer-grade experience for customers

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS to enterprise accounts β€’ Wide-ranging curiosity β€’ Experience successfully selling and winning complex, multi-month+ sales cycles β€’ Comfortable operating at a small company β€’ Experience successfully navigating and leveraging partnership agreements β€’ Experience with sales in a fluid category creation motion with multiple buyer personas β€’ Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to take initiative β€’ Relentless optimism balanced with realism β€’ Familiarity with internet tools used for harm β€’ Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
