Description

• Reporting to the VP Global Sales, responsible for driving growth of Circle’s products within EMEA. • Lead and manage quota-carrying sales representatives with a focus on expanding customer base and ensuring client satisfaction. • Deliver on sales targets, manage key accounts, and align team efforts with company strategy. • Collaborate with leadership to execute global strategies and contribute to internal management at a senior level. • Own commercial responsibility for the EMEA sales region and ensure aggressive growth in sales. • Guide and develop the sales team by providing coaching and driving performance improvement. • Collaborate with VP Global Sales to develop and execute regional sales strategies. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and partnerships. • Ensure all administrative aspects of the sales process are meticulously managed. • Work closely with marketing, product, and Channel OEM teams to ensure alignment of activities with company objectives. • Track and report on key sales performance metrics, ensuring visibility into sales activities and progress against targets. • Lead complex negotiations for high-value contracts and ensure team readiness to close effectively. • Keep abreast of competitive activity, industry trends, and potential disruptors.

Requirements

• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth, with a focus on exceeding sales targets. • Strong experience in business development and managing complex B2B sales cycles, especially within the healthcare or medical software industry. • Excellent negotiation skills, with a history of closing multi-year software licensing and custom contracts. • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify new market opportunities and align sales efforts with broader business objectives. • Ability to work cross-functionally, collaborating with product, marketing, and executive teams to influence strategies and initiatives. • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and build a results-driven sales culture. • Deep knowledge of healthcare technology, market drivers, and the competitive landscape. • Excellent communication skills, able to influence at the executive level and present compelling value propositions to clients. • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales and business development, with a focus on large healthcare organizations.
