• Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region. Develop and execute strategies to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals. • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of satisfaction. • Sales Process Managemen t: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and address client concerns to ensure successful deal closures. • Market Knowledge : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities within your region. Use this knowledge to position Hurricane Labs’ offerings effectively and identify new opportunities. • Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer success to align strategies and ensure a seamless client experience. Provide feedback to help refine market and product strategies. • Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and forecasts. • Customer Advocacy : Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations to help them achieve their business objectives. Ensure clients are fully informed about product features and benefits. • Problem Solving: Proactively address any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process. Develop creative solutions to meet client needs and overcome challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Preferred • 3-5+ years of experience in direct/channel sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role with a focus on Splunk and/or cybersecurity required • Reside in a state in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone preferred • Strong understanding of the US-West market and its unique dynamics. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage multiple accounts effectively. • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools. • Highly motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
