Description

• Responsible for leading a cross-functional team to define a product vision and strategy. • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define business objectives and facilitate sprint activities. • Ensure a customer-centric and data-driven approach to identify deliverables with measurable outcomes. • Lead the creation and maintenance of training materials to assist in product adoption. • Monitor usage, assess user data, and identify opportunities to improve user experience. • Oversee an actionable and prioritized backlog. • Serve as the liaison between end users, delivery team, and key stakeholders. • Collaborate with other Product Owners within an Agile Release Train. • Participate in or facilitate all agile ceremonies. • Instill Product Mindset with a balanced team approach.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • Field of Study: Information Technology, Business or a related discipline. • Generally, 8 or more years of related experience. • Demonstrated knowledge of agile development methodology - preferably Scrum and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
