• We are seeking a strategic and dynamic Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition to lead clinical recruitment and Employer Brand. • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, focusing on clinical recruitment to meet hiring demand in a timely manner. • Build and lead a high-performing talent acquisition team, providing mentorship, guidance, and support. • Lead employer brand campaigns across multiple business lines and channels, including social media, career fairs, and industry events. • Monitor and analyze employer brand metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelors or Equivalent Work Experience • 10 years experience working in Talent Acquisition in a healthcare environment required • 5 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or related field, preferably within the healthcare industry • Experience using Workday, MS Office (particularly PowerPoint and Excel) and Google Suite • Strong data analytics with experience leveraging trends to forecast hiring demands in specific geographic regions or departments
