Description

• Manage all aspects of the sales recruitment life cycle including candidate sourcing, prospecting, production evaluation and candidate screening. • Maintain a recruiting database using company CRM and proprietary technology. • Ability to utilize multiple recruiting platforms to gather information on candidates. • Build relationships with candidates, managers and executives. • Clearly explain the company value proposition that provides transparency and excites candidates. • Partner with company executives to provide an elite hands-on recruiting experience throughout the recruiting process. • Clearly identify the areas of importance for each candidate.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in mortgage or financial services recruiting • Strong understanding of mortgage lending terminology and recruiting processes • Familiarity with various recruiting CRM’s • Proven track record of success in sourcing and recruiting candidates • Ability to cold call potential applicants • Strong interpersonal – communication skills • Detail oriented with strong organizational and relationship building skills • Dynamic personality and ability to generate excitement when working with others • Strong phone skills and the ability to overcome objections
