• Oversee the entire growth strategy, including brand, marketing, sales, PR, and business development. • Recruit and manage sales resources, establishing sales targets, monitoring performance metrics. • Ensure alignment on strategy and implementation with executive, CX, and engineering teams. • Lead the identification of key opportunities, representing Clear Function at industry events. • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client pain points, and competitive landscape.
