Description

• Develop and execute strategic partnership plans, managing the partner GTM outreach strategy across existing and future partnerships • Find and refine partner programs, crafting and executing co-marketing campaigns to amplify Clearwave’s presence and influence within the partner ecosystem • Establish a regular cadence of engagement with partners, ensuring consistent touchpoints and alignment to expand our partner network • Actively recruit and onboard new partners, ensuring they align with company standards and growth objectives • Establish and nurture productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations • Collaborate with partner organizations to drive joint sales initiatives, ensuring coordinated efforts with partner sales resources for optimal results • Lead a proactive partner planning process that develops shared performance goals, financial targets, and key milestones critical to a thriving partnership • Meet assigned sales targets and strategic goals within designated partner accounts, ensuring mutual growth and success • Continuously assess, clarify, and validate partner needs, adapting strategies to ensure ongoing alignment and success • Manage potential channel conflicts by fostering transparent communication, internally and externally and adhering to engagement guidelines • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for key partners, including digital, social, email, webinars, events and content marketing initiatives in coordination with the Clearwave marketing team • Monitor, report, and optimize the performance and impact of partner marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement • Manage partner contract operations including contract renewals, billing and reconciliation activities and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• A BA/BS in Business or a related field is preferred • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant partner, channel management, or business development role within a B2B SaaS environment • Experience within the healthcare IT industry preferred • EMR/PMS experience preferred • Proven track record of developing and executing successful partnerships, with a history of driving bookings through partnerships • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • A track record of managing multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced setting, with unyielding attention to detail and accuracy • Consistent performance in meeting deadlines, self-management, and prioritization of projects that align with corporate objectives • Strong business acumen and executive-level presentation skills • A confident, innovative, and team-oriented individual who is adaptable and focused on personal development • Someone who is self-motivated, with a strong focus on personal growth and a collaborative approach to working across teams
