Description

• Report to a Regional Director of Sales • Manage a high-value portfolio within a defined regional sales territory • Prospect and develop new business • Deliver sales reports • Develop and deliver proposals • Execute key sales strategies • Meet quarterly and annual sales goals • Give presentations and trainings • Travel to customer sites as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience • Successful sales experience in a startup organization • 5 to 8 years of customer-facing sales experience (in Medical Device sales or Medtech Sales) • Minimum of 3 years in a closing role • Experience managing high-value accounts • Familiarity with technical concepts • Strong customer service skills • Ability to negotiate, • Innovative, creative thinker • Results-driven contributor • Ability to work cross-functionally • Ability to adapt information • Experienced with ambiguity • Highly curious • 50% overnight travel required
