Description

• Assist the business development team in prospecting into new accounts. • Ensure accurate record keeping in the CRM platform and design prospecting lists. • Support the team in setting up meetings and maintaining accurate client records. • Produce activity reports and other duties as required. • Travel for industry conferences and client meetings is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. • Exceptional attention to detail, communication and follow-up skills. • Ability to multitask and professionalism. • Ability to interface with management, sales team members, and clients. • Experience working in a biotech or CRO is strongly preferred. • Computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet search, and CRM (Salesforce.com) are preferred.
