• Responsible for generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. • Identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and help create new business opportunities. • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand the challenges and opportunities within prospect organizations. • Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions in CRM systems. • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize the lead generation process. • Develop a deep understanding of Peak Support’s services to articulate value propositions to potential clients.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
