Requirements

• You like to write, and you do it well. Clipboard has a strong written culture (see how we work) and almost all of our communication and decisions are made via writing. • You can reason comfortably with incomplete information. Sometimes, we don’t have all the facts relevant to a decision. Great analysts are comfortable reaching a principled conclusion in the face of ambiguity. • You have a “let’s do this” attitude. Clipboard Health is a startup. Problems will come up that don’t have straightforward solutions. You’re willing to get resourceful and solve them in the absence of an SOP or clear playbook. • You’re naturally a little skeptical. Analysts handle a lot of conflicting information. Your job is to piece it together into something coherent and then take appropriate action. • You have attention to detail. As mentioned, we handle a lot of information. Noticing small details can be the difference between making a decision that helps or disappoints customers.
