Description

• Support the operational efficiency of the 340B Program Management Program contracting efforts. • Manage the contracting process related to all customer, and vendor contracts. • Support the general legal needs in coordination with the West Virginia United Health System (WVUHS) Legal Department. • Involves significant autonomy, responsibility, independent judgement, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business Management, Hospital Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field. • OR Associates degree in Business Management, Hospital Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field AND Two (2) years of experience in a professional capacity in healthcare. • OR One (1) year of experience. • OR High School Diploma AND four (4) years’ experience in contract administration healthcare, or related field. • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar field, Paralegal certificate from an accredited organization, or legal education. • Three (3) Years’ experience related to the preparation, organization, and review of vendor or client contracts. • Three (3) Years’ experience with contract administration and management utilizing a contract lifecycle management software tool or similar electronic process.
