• Manage the entire recruitment process. • Sourcing globally across platforms like LinkedIn, YCombinator, Wellfound, etc. • Screening candidates using a variety of methods. • Leading candidates throughout the hiring process. • Offers and closing, together with hiring managers. • Report on metrics to our Managers and Directors. • Collaborate with hiring managers and teams.
Requirements
• 3+yrs of experience recruiting for fast-growing companies • Experience managing and engaging large volumes of candidates efficiently • Advanced screening capabilities to evaluate skills and cultural alignment • Experience sourcing candidates across different locations • Experience recruiting for Customer Operations roles (Support Team Leads, Support Agents, etc.) • Experience designing and improving hiring processes and assessments • Experience working in a globally distributed organization • Experience using Greenhouse (job setup, metrics, managing large volumes of candidates)
