• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field; or equivalent combination of education or experience. • 2+ years of leadership experience in a global team with a track record of excellence leading high performing, pipeline generation, and closing organizations in a fast-growing high technology company (preferred). • Are excited by attracting, recruiting, developing and retaining world-class talent early in their Sales careers. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Strong understanding of the DevOps, CI/CD, and software development landscapes preferred. • Are strategic enough to build a team, but tactical enough to execute on a day-to-day basis. • Passion for our product and technology, customer centric thinking. • General business strategy and market development expertise with deep analytical skills. • Understanding of modern Enterprise IT architecture and trends, familiarity with web-scale technologies. • Exposure to fast growing business environments, ideally as part of a start up in a complex technical and business environment. • Willingness to work in globally distributed team across several time zones. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. • Ability to independently structure and prioritize your work, self-starter. • Ability and willingness to travel.
