β€’ Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to identify and engage high-value targets, driving new business and growth opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with sales teams in the field to support their efforts, providing them with tailored marketing materials, insights, and strategies to close deals effectively. β€’ Create and manage customer marketing programs designed to drive engagement, retention, and advocacy, ensuring customers are continually finding value in Spotfire’s offerings. β€’ Build and nurture strong relationships with key customers, leveraging their success stories to enhance brand reputation and generate new business leads. β€’ Design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and events that align with sales objectives, fostering collaboration between marketing and sales teams. β€’ Develop and manage programs aimed at identifying and developing Spotfire champions, turning satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates. β€’ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and effectively executed.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus β€’ Proven experience (5+ years) in Marketing, preferably within the technology or software industry β€’ Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and strategies, with a focus on field marketing and regional promotion β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment β€’ Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems and analytics platforms β€’ Familiarity with data analytics, business intelligence, or related software is highly desirable β€’ Willingness to travel to attend events and engage with customers within the assigned region β€’ Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset
