• Lead and Manage a team of Strategic Account Managers focused on retention and growth revenue • Manage, Hire, and Lead performance conversations with team members • Have experience navigating complex deal cycles across a technical portfolio of products • Effectively expand Cloudinary's customer footprint • Participate in virtual and onsite meetings with strategic clients and partners • Accurately forecast growth and retention opportunities • Escalate customer questions and issues to the appropriate teams.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing, B2B, revenue-generating leadership role in Saas/technology space • 7+ years of experience in software account management and/or sales required • Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and influencing skills • History of exceeding sales goals • Highly motivated as well as able to develop a highly motivated and success-oriented team • Proven ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include relationship management, consultative selling, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function • Willingness to travel.
