β€’ Support senior executives through scheduling and materials preparation β€’ Maintain a database of stakeholders β€’ Coordinate travel arrangements for executives β€’ Prepare briefing materials for meetings β€’ Assist in planning PCAH-hosted events β€’ Provide weekly status reports

Requirements

β€’ At least 5 years' experience as an executive or staff assistant β€’ Experience serving multiple c-suite executives preferred β€’ Proficiency in written and spoken English and Microsoft Office β€’ Familiarity with Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet is desired β€’ At least 1 year of experience with a government travel system β€’ At least 1 year of experience navigating issues within Federal Travel Regulations β€’ Experience in the federal government is required β€’ Strong understanding of PCAH, NEA, NEH, IMLS, and federal procurement a plus
