Requirements
• Thorough knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC and related regulations. • Explains AML/Sanctions concepts with confidence: AML, BSA, CIP, KYC, CDD, EDD, OFAC, SAR. • Oversees and develops the creation and improvement of systems, structures, and processes. • Knowledge of Bank Operations, Payments, and Business Units and ability to work with bank and branch staff. • Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve complex problems with minimum guidance. • Problem solving attitude with the ability to be creative and flexible while still meeting requirements. • Effective time management, planning and organizational skills, with proven accuracy. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Strong collaborative skills with the ability to seek out new sources of relevant information.
