• Play a crucial part in scaling teams by supporting hiring needs • Partner closely with hiring managers to identify critical talent needs • Manage the recruitment pipeline, conduct initial interviews, and ensure smooth candidate experience • Handle every stage of the process, from offer negotiation to successful onboarding transition • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to recruiting processes and strategies
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on Go-to-Market (GTM) teams • 2-3 years security experience, preferably in Cyber security • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills • Ability to assess both technical and non-technical talent for role fit and cultural alignment • Expertise in using recruiting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, etc.) • Solid understanding of the interview process, including conducting phone screens, technical assessments, and behavioral interviews. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to successfully negotiate offers, handle candidate objections, and close talent effectively. • A proactive mindset with a passion for optimizing processes and improving team results. • Comfort working in a dynamic and evolving environment • Strong alignment with Cobalt’s values of innovation, collaboration, and inclusion.
