Description

β€’ The Enterprise Software Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue by selling complex software solutions. β€’ Manage complex sales cycles, build strong relationships with key decision-makers, and deliver tailored solutions. β€’ Consistently exceed sales quotas and achieve strategic growth objectives. β€’ Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients through market research, networking, and cold outreach. β€’ Conduct in-depth consultations to understand business challenges and identify software value. β€’ Create customized proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. β€’ Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase capabilities and functionality. β€’ Lead sales negotiations, manage pricing discussions, and close deals. β€’ Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients and identify upselling opportunities. β€’ Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams for seamless experiences.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of success selling complex enterprise software solutions. β€’ If you've sold to Learning & Development and/or into Finserv, it will go a long way. β€’ Deep understanding of the software industry, market trends, and competitive landscape. β€’ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. β€’ Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs. β€’ Ability to build rapport and manage relationships with senior executives. β€’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. β€’ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales methodologies. β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
