β€’ The Director of Product Line Management will work with a cross-functional global team of product managers, sales, engineers, and operations, overseeing the development, launch, and growth of our DCOs and advanced coherent components focused on cloud operators. β€’ Key responsibilities include developing and executing the product design win strategy and roadmap aligning with Transmissions BU and the company's vision, mission, and goals. β€’ Leading business case preparations to drive NPI to execute on roadmap planning and strategy. β€’ Managing the product life cycle, from ideation to end-of-life. β€’ Leading global cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as sales, engineering, support, operations, supply chain finance, legal, and partners. β€’ Understanding short and long term competitive threats to product line and driving technology and operational improvement plans to mitigate the financial impact of these threats. β€’ Communicating the product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to internal and external audiences, including senior management, sales, customers, and partners. β€’ Mentoring, coaching, and developing the product line management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Requirements

β€’ At least 10 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful coherent transceivers in the cloud and hyperscale markets. β€’ Deep knowledge of the Coherent Telecommunications Industry β€’ Strong technical and market experience in coherent networking driving key product launches and design wins in cloud market space β€’ 10+ years of diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization, and people motivation. β€’ Demonstrated track record of managing and growing a business or product line to >$100M in revenue based on successful introduction of new products. β€’ Strong technical background and ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience of the key technologies used in micro-optic devices and modules β€’ Strategic thinker with a proven ability to integrate and lead diverse corporate cultures while delivering results. β€’ Experience in Long-Range Business Planning and Forecasting with a demonstrated track record of achieving forecasted and budgeted results. β€’ Expertise in user research, data analysis, and product strategy. β€’ Passionate about technology, innovation, and customer satisfaction. β€’ Demonstrated track record of building long term relationships with customers, suppliers, and other functional organizations β€’ Strong organizational, human resource management, and planning skills. β€’ International business experience. β€’ Experience in Technology and Product Strategy to drive Roadmap planning β€’ Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and dynamic environment, perform under stress, and be a team player.
