• We are looking for a Sales Engineer who wants to be part of a fast-growing FinTech • You will work with like-minded peers and contribute to the development of an outstanding product portfolio • The Sales Engineer will serve as subject matter experts and work directly with prospects/customers to present product capabilities, benefits, and value • Provide Coherent expertise to prospect/customer through compelling sales presentations, highly engaging product demonstrations and soundproof of Value (POVs) • Act as the subject matter expert on the functional aspects of our products • Create and deliver custom demos or POVs based on prospect requirements to demonstrate feasibility of the application • Develop prospect and partner relationships by listening to, understanding, and anticipating prospect needs • Provide feedback to Product Management and Engineering teams on product shortcomings, enhancements, and market feedback • Serve as a thought leader and company subject matter expert on Coherent Spark • Support customer success and onboarding, increase knowledge transfer, and reduce risk • Travel when required, anticipate up to 15% of total time

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or an additional 4 years work experience • Five (5) or more years of experience as software Sales Engineering, Pre-sales, strategy/management consulting, Analyst, product management, or delivery of enterprise SaaS application(s) • Experience working in Banking & Capital Markets • Strong Excel skills, including VBA, AWS Lambda, and Azure Functions • Proven ability to learn new technology and product capabilities • People Management / Interpersonal skills - experience dealing effectively with people in various roles • Ability to constructively participate in a collaborative team environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with initiative to manage prospect’s issues to successful conclusion • Proven ability to leverage and work across a team of high performing individuals and teams.
