• Ready to be pushed beyond what you think you’re capable of? • At Coinbase, our mission is to increase economic freedom in the world. • To achieve our mission, we’re seeking a very specific candidate. • Our work culture is intense and isn’t for everyone. • As an Institutional Account Manager, you’ll join a dynamic, collaborative team. • You will serve as a subject matter expert for Coinbase’s institutional suite of products. • Diligent, customer focused, and with a bias towards action, you will play a crucial role. • You will be responsible for supporting some of Coinbase Institutional’s highest priority client. • You will partner with Senior Account Managers and Management to help support large and complex relationships. • Understand complex, multi-product client workflows and strategies. • This role will involve you working closely with cross functional partners. • You’ll provide a best in class experience for our clients through effective stakeholder management. • Effectively triage, manage, and prioritize incoming client requests.

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on influencing outcomes • Ability to foster trusted and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver results • Understanding of risks across key functions and workflow to identify issues and concerns • Organized and independent working style to enable you to manage your book of clients effectively • Digital Assets experience & knowledge • Prior Prime Brokerage experience • Prior Account/Relationship Management experience • Fluent in either French, German, Italian, or Spanish
