Description

•self-starting Experiential Marketing Manager II to own event lifecycle •work with internal and external stakeholders to execute experiences for Coinbase •build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams •manage end-to-end event processes to deliver high-quality events •coordinate event logistics and onsite quality management •create pre and post event briefs, including key metrics •manage and track project budgets

Requirements

•5+ years prior experience in event management related activities •Creative ideation for client events and experiences •Detail oriented and organized with a strength in project management •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Proactive, self-sufficient, resourceful and motivated •Strong sense of time management, prioritization and ability to execute against deliverables •Ability to multitask and be flexible in a high-energy, fast-paced environment •Ability to think independently/problem solve •Team player who consistently interacts with peers, partners, management, relationship managers and clients •Be willing to tackle any task and exemplify a positive attitude and commitment to success •Familiar with basic virtual events •Ability to effectively communicate with all levels including senior management
